Dark Roasts

The longer coffee
is held in the roaster and/or the higher the roasting temperature
the darker the bean. Darker beans produce a more tangy and
bittersweet flavor.
D'Amico's master roasters pay close attention to both the roasting
time and temperature during the roasting process. Unlike other
larger companies, all of our beans are roasted in small batches,
thus assuring our customers receive FRESH ROASTED coffee every time
they place an order.
All our coffees are sold by the pound. |
