The longer coffee
is held in the roaster and/or the higher the roasting temperature
the darker the bean. Our light-roasted beans are characterized by
their golden brown hue. They produce an overall smooth taste and
peak aroma.
D'Amico's master roasters pay close attention to both the roasting
time and temperature during the roasting process. Unlike other
larger companies, all of our beans are roasted in small batches,
thus assuring our customers receive FRESH ROASTED coffee every time
they place an order.
All our coffees are sold by the pound. |
