Many of our organic coffees are Fair Trade and Organic Certified .
Fair trade coffee gives farmers a better standard of living,
producer cooperatives are guaranteed a minimum fair price for their
crop. TransFair
USA is the umbrella organization that oversees certification of Fair
Trade coffee in the United States. Through a rigorous certification
and monitoring system, producers, roasters and distributors are
screened for their adherence to Fair Trade criteria.
D'Amico's master
roasters pay close attention to both the roasting time and
temperature during the roasting process. Unlike other larger
companies, all of our beans are roasted in small batches, thus
assuring our customers receive FRESH ROASTED coffee every time they
place an order.
